The SMR-MAC semitrailer is a rear-loading compactor adjustable on a road chassis or "Opera Vehicle." The volumetric capacity of the container ranges from 43 to 50 cubic metres. The extraordinary robustness and loading capacity allow this equipment to function as a real waste transfer station, receiving waste from satellite vehicles or discharge systems (conveyor belts).

THE SEMITRAILER'S POWER SUPPLY IS AUTONOMOUS THROUGH VARIOUS COMBINATIONS:

4-cylinder latest-generation diesel endothermic engine, fully enclosed with sound-absorbing material and compliant with European Directive.

3-phase asynchronous electric motor with 22 kW power, powered at 380 V.

Power take-off connected to the tractor.

The power unit is enclosed in a compartment located at the front of the semitrailer, properly protected with doors equipped with locks. Waste discharge is done through an expulsion shovel. All equipment plant services are managed by a PLC. The semitrailer complies with the latest European directives on safety, noise, and emissions.

The articulated single-blade compaction device has movement on two external upper guides and two lower connecting rods, providing high structural resistance to the kinematics, amplifying the compression capacity. The four cylinders that actuate the system are made with hardened and chromed thickness stems; moreover, those of the compaction carriage are positioned outside the tailgate, sheltered from waste and easily accessible for maintenance.

Hydraulic operation system with advanced electronic management, ensuring all the functionalities and safety of the equipment according to the highest standards, with an interface system for data communication.

Controls and safety devices comply with the Machinery Directive and UNI EN 1501.
