REAR COMPACTOR WITH TAILGATE

The MB compactor combines the work capacity of a classic medium/heavy rear-loading compactor with the agility and maneuverability of a mini-compactor.
It is particularly suited for “door to door” collecting and can be easily used on city streets.
Its reduced height allows for the manual loading of waste without the need to overturn the side-board locks. The installation on medium/small vehicles, which weighs approximately 10,000 Kg or more, reduces purchasing costs and management expenses.
The compacting system with articulated plate is moved by four hydraulic cylinders; the ones of the compacting trolley are located outside the tailgate, sheltered from waste and easily accessible for maintenance.
Unloading of the waste through an internal bulkhead; counter pressure of the bulkhead’s expulsion is controlled hydraulically and adjustable.
Advanced electronic control of the hydraulic system, which guarantees the functionality and safety of the equipment according to the highest standards, with interface for data communication.
Bin lifter equipment and rear-fooboards are manufactured according to EU laws and regulations and standardized with all of Mazzocchia’s line of rear equipment.
The control panel in the driver’s cab is rear-lit, touch screen and displays different colours according to the work situation.
Safety controls and devices are pursuant to Machinery Directive and to UNI EN 1501.
