The semitrailer SMRMAC is a rear-loading compactor suitable for standard or “Heavy Duty” chassis.
The body volume varies from 43 to 50 m³. The extraordinary sturdiness and capacity of this equipment allows it to function as a hub for transferring waste carried by satellite vehicles or to operate from an unloading installation.
The power source of the semitrailer is autonomous:
• New generation endothermic 4 cylinders engine, fully careened with sound absorbing material and complies with European Directives;
• Diesel motor + electric motor combined;
• PTO on the tractor;
The power unit is closed inside a compartment at the front of semitrailer and protected by locked doors.
The waste is unloaded with the ejection plate.
The patented MAC compacting system with articulated plate moves on two outer upper
tracks and two lower rods, in order to obtain a high structural strength and compression capacity. The cylinders that operate the system are made of tempered and chrome plated stems; and those of the compacting trolley are located outside the tailgate, sheltered from waste and easily accessible for maintenance.
Advanced electronic control of the hydraulic system, which guarantees the functionality and safety of the equipment according to the highest standards, with interface for data communication.
Safety controls and devices are pursuant to Machinery Directive and to UNI EN 1501.
